Subprocessors
Effective: July 12, 2026. These providers may process customer personal data for hosted Vivd depending on the features, deployment region, integrations, and AI model selected. Vivd remains responsible for subprocessors used in its processor role and uses appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards.

Other recipients
Polar Software, Inc. acts as merchant of record and generally processes checkout, payment, tax, and invoice data as an independent controller under its own privacy terms. A connected domain registrar, DNS provider, plugin provider, or customer-selected service may likewise act under the customer's instructions or its own terms.
